Registration of Industrial Design

In order to file an Industrial Design application in Iran, the required documents & information are:

1. Certified and notarized by the Iranian Consulate power of attorney.
2. Certified copy of priority document. (If claimed)
3. Name and address of applicant and designer
4. Type of company. (Ltd, Joint Stock, etc…)
5. Type of business.
6. Company registration number.
7. Principal location.
8. Nationality.
9. Telephone, fax & email
10. International classification & related goods.
11. One sample of design is required.
12. Notarized assignment document from inventor to the applicant. (If applicable)
